Although I don’t know much about what to do on 4th of July, I knew there would be a parade in South Pasadena so I went to see it on Mission Street.
In the parade, I saw some beautiful houses…
There were some cool looking vintage cars…
Some people were dancing in the parade…it looked so much fun!
Huge fire engines wrapped up the parade.
Usually this City Hall looks very quiet but it was also festive with balloons.
After the parade, everyone went to Garfield Park so I just followed them.
The park was also full of people and the atmosphere just made me excited!
Some music groups were playing lively music, too. It was my first time to experience 4th of July in South Pasadena and I loved the happy atmosphere everywhere! I’m still new to the U.S. cultures and I find it very interesting to experience these new things!
